Are Award Suppliers Really Award Neutral?

When an award supplier tells you that they are award neutral, what do they really mean? This should mean of course that they have no bias toward what award you use to award employees. However, the opposite is often the truth. If you delve deep enough into their award offerings you will find that they have a very definite bias toward the award that they want you to have. It will be the one that provides them with the highest profit. I suppose that’s only natural, companies should try to sell you their core products.
