Employee Awards Are Commodities. Buy Them as Cheaply as You Can!

In past, the incentive industry was full of suppliers that concentrated on implementing programs that produced results. When they were successful they sold their awards at a price commensurate with their intellectual property that helped produce the results. Incentive Industry Research today shows that 80% of the responding buyers don’t use outside incentive companies other than for fulfillment of the awards. That being the case, awards should be looked on as commodities and priced accordingly.
